1st issue, I got a Dirty car rental when I dropped off my car. 2nd Issue, my car that O dropped off had rain water getting into my passenger side floorboards & passenger side door. My car has only been serviced via **** Hannah Vancouver including your collision center when I was rear ended last fall. I was told that my car had work done to the sunroof at some point during my ownership, which I hadn't. And that the work they did for me during this visit was a 1 time accommodation. I'm super upset right now because I've never had any problems or work done on my sunroof because it's under warranty, except for having your service dept look at it over the summer because my roof wouldn't work properly. So of something was done to my vehicle then it was done without my knowledge. I didn't care for how I was spoken to or how I was taken care of.
