I was not happy about having to pay for a part that your mechanic broke. I got call letting me know that my car would be ready after the approval to replace the part and that it would take about one hour. I was in the parking 15 minutes after the call my car was parked in the lot finished. I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of.
