While, unfortunately, the issue with my car came back on the ride home - I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Che explained to me the fact that the service may not resolve the issue - but allowed me to get home to Oregon safely. Che fit me in for service on a day the service department was already over-scheduled - and I was without an appointment. He made, what was otherwise a stressful day, much better. Thanks!
