I was told after getting an oil change that I need to replace my timing belt for close to $1k, however after doing some research it appears that my car has a timing chain that does not need to be replaced for the life of the car. I hope this was an honest mistake and that I can trust **** Hannah Honda not to sell me unnecessary services for my vehicle if I return in the future.

Brought my van in with “check emissions” light on. Had great service when I arrived. Ciera got me a ride, and later a loaner quickly. When I came to pick up the car, I was helped very quickly and was on my way. All Awesome! Then, I got less than a mile out of the parking lot, and the “check emissions” light came back on. When I got back to the dealership, I stood in the garage waiting for some time, to find out it was an “unrelated problem”. So I spent the rest of my morning, and a couple MORE hundred dollars. I hope it’s fixed for real this time.

Our car was in for a 7am appt. we were told when scheduling that it would take around 3 hours. The first text we received after the initial text saying that the car was in for the appt was 4 hours later. I asked when the car would be finished without a response. I text again an hour after that no response, I text for a third time an hour after that without a response and then called. By then Jerry was at lunch so I proceeded to the service dept to pick up my vehicle not even knowing whether the service was complete. When I asked about not being contacted he acted like I should have notified him when I wanted my car. Any other time I have had service I was told a time. Extremely poor communication! My car was in the service depot for more than 7 hours! I am very unhappy especially when it was left that it was all my lack of communication.

Hello there you know I am pretty upset with my visit today I called a few days ago and set an appointment up to get and oil change and also have my tires rotated I am battling cancer right now and only have a small window to take care of my normal life duties like my car or grocery shopping you know things like that so making sure I had my appointment set for me was very important I also live in north Portland so the drive is a little bit out of my way but because I love my Honda Civic I am willing to do it so my fiancé and I showed up to my appointment at 2pm and was told I would have to wait 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation I was upset right away how can my appointment be turned into a two hour wait!! I asked for a manager or supervisor and right away I was explained that they where backed up due to people calling in for work but that my car would be taken care of so I get a call about 45 minutes later my car is ready we where surprised at how quick they finished it well it turns out just an oil change was done and not a tire rotation according to them it’s only done if needed well my car has over 20,000 miles and I know it’s ready for a tire change it’s why I asked for it when I made the appointment and they took it upon themselves to decide that for them it wasn’t time for it to me it sounded like maybe they just didn’t have the time and didn’t want to do it and all I can say is I don’t have the time for it either but I still took time out of my very busy life to take my car in I am also upset with the way Allie Brewer took it upon herself to become combative and fight the fact that they felt it wasn’t time for a tire rotation even though i don’t feel like at that point it isn’t anybody’s decision except for the paying customer who specifically made an appointment for that!! Honestly my worst experience with you’re Vancouver center please train you’re employees On handling situations like this better and to not make customer choices for them

It was a great experience as always. The Lyft addition is brilliant. That is the only thing I found annoying in previous visits, the wait for the shuttle van. Love this!!
