I had called in advance to ask the expected wait time and I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When I arrived, I was told the wait time would be 2 1/2 hours.
Your website raves about the comfortable longe with snacks, water, popcorn, etc., but the only option was coffee, which I don’t drink.
Not a game changer, but definitely not as it is described on your site.

Customer service was great as usual. My only complaint was that a simple A12 service with a brake fluid change took 3 hours. I otherwise was satisfied with the service received.

I felt a little jerked around with the pricing of the service. And when I made the appointment no one mentioned it would be over two hours. And the tv is the waiting room was overly loud. And the quieter work area has been yarn over by employee computers since my last visit. I think when making appointments giving customers all the available info (time and pricing) would be a good idea. Leslie was just fine though.
