Very inexperienced. Doesn’t know how to answer 1 question. If he doesn’t know he should of said “I don’t know but I could find the answer for you” Asked him to replace a screw that was missing from the previous technician who serviced our crv on the air filter box. Wasn’t done had to go back inside and wait for it to be done. Grade D -
