I have several questions! I was advised I was due for a "B-1" service and was quoted I believe $118, but got my car back with only oil change and windshield washer inserts. Also, when I removed the protective paper floor mat, my floorboard was filthy with big dirty work boot footprints. The write up (Prework Order) showed a Long Life Dot3 Brake Fluid Service for $149.49 and the total of 286.28 when I was quoted I think $118. Nothing adds up; obviously communication was not in sync, and I don't think I got what I asked for. I do understand that I didn't pay $118, or $286.28, I was charged $74.37. The whole thing made me shake my head and appreciate that **** Hannah is not my local dealer. I was just passing through and had a "B-1" service light come on, so I brought my vehicle to you for service.
