We are thrilled with the experience we received today at Bohn Ford. Amanda was friendly and extremely professional. This was just a regular oil change, but the service was outstanding. Amanda called to let us know there was a recall on the doors, that the parts were in stock but it would be three to four hours to have that done. It was no problem for us. Then she both messaged and called when the truck was ready. Wow. I have already told several people about the experience and specifically mentioned Amanda for marking it an A+ spa day for our truck. Thanks so much!!!!

Terri did a great job. However the service that was performed was completely and totally unacceptable. They used silicone sealant to seal a leak. Silicone should never be used on metal body parts. Because it is corrosive.
