I was unsatisfied with the service today because no one came out to greet me and asked me what was wrong with my car I had to get out my car and go inside No One greeted me when I went inside no one called me and told me that my car was ready I received the email and then they still didn't know if my car was ready when I called them I was very unhappy with my service today and I feel like I should get a free oil change on my next visit because I was very disappointed never had service like that before everyone was everywhere no one help you at all...

Hallie was very helpful and took time to call with up dates on how my service was progressing. She even had my truck out and ready to be picked up for me. The only down fall was inside my truck it had the smell of the work shop in it. I had to spray freshener in it to get the smell out.
