If you sell a car new or used at least deliver the car clean inside and out. My car I bought was still dirty inside. I use to sell cars and one thing I made sure was the car was clean. It makes the customer feel good about their new big purchase.

Several issues were not satisfactory. The first thing we were asked was “how much we expected the service to be”. Then that changes from one invoice to the next. It doubled. Also information sheet says several services were declined when we previously had the problems fixed. This includes the carbon monoxide package. We specifically had this fixed on a previous appointment but the form says we declined this service. Overall a very poor experience on several levels and lastly when we arrived after being called that the vehicle was ready, we walked in to first room with several desk. 4 employees on computers didn’t even look up when we askwere d for help. We had to aimlessly walk around looking for someone to help and after 10 minutes someone finally helped.
