Well, I can’t say enough about these two young men whenever I come in I get 100% customer service. They always greet me with a polite smile and good morning and I enjoy coming through quick lane they are very professional they know their jobs and they take good care of you and always keep you up-to-date with what’s going on with your vehicle. They always remind me of my up coming service. And that is the kind of service that I look forward to coming in to quick list lane

I was told by the young guy in the quick lane department that I needed 8 new lug nuts on my vehicle. I know that to be false because I had just purchased all new tires in January and would have been told by the service guy at Discount Tires if any was needed. There is no way my lug nuts could have gone bad in 30 days. I wonder how many other people have been told they need parts that were not necessary. It makes me wonder if the guys at Sutton Ford really changed my oil and filter or just added some oil?

Haley was great however my battery failed in my driveway. Roadside assistance had to come twice. My husband was told to drive car to the dealership. By then battery charged and you would not replace. We were told it had to fail at the dealership so I had to leave the car overnight. That I consider TERRIBLE customer service. The battery should have been replaced right away. I should not have had to be without a car for a day and a half.

Nope wasn’t at all first of all I own at 2018 ford explorer sport you guys sent me reservation for a 2021 expedition I’m thinking that’s my rental while you guys have it… NOPE THATS WHAT YOU GUYS THOUGHT I WAS BRINGING IN FOR SERVICE… also told me be there asap in the morning right when ya open so we can have a look at it so I did and nope couldn’t take it in til about 2:30 so lied about that also and told them I need a rental that can fit 3 car seats nothing small bc I have a 4 year old 2 year old and 8months car seats are big now a days guys gave me Hyundai Sonta now I told them I couldn’t fit those in there impossible I was told oh no you can in a full size sedon nope I couldn’t even close the dam door.. so I got charged 40$ for a rental for driving it back to you guys to pick up car seats that didn’t fit so just took my car back wasted half a day to waste also a day off work to have not a dam thing done to my vehicle will never visit here ago on top of that live 50mins away waste of time money and me making money at work unreal how it’s run at that dealer ship
