I brought my car in for a diagnostic evaluation due to my check engine light being on and a repair. Your team conducted the diagnostic and determined that the oil separator needed to be replaced. The repair was completed. I picked up my car, drove it for approximately 6 miles, and the check engine light came back on. I called and your clerk was unavailable so I requested a call back. It appears that your team prefers to text, I don’t when it pertains to important issues. I also noticed a discrepancy in the bill. Your notation at the bottom of my invoice states that I shouldn’t be charged more than 59.99 for the shop supply cost but you charged me $65. It’s a ridiculous charge to note when the repair costs are excessive and the issue is not resolved.
