Gloria actually is a very pleasant person who made sure I was notified of what was going on with my car. She made sure I was comfortable with the process and the checkin and checkout was seamless. I also watch her handle everyone and found out I am not special because she is that way with everyone. But I still say I got the best attention, lol.
