My only issue is the “porter” that moved my car to the wash...he drove it onto thr curb and almost the bush...and i have a factory manual transmission...with reverse-lock out...i know its not on everyone manual but its on fords from factory they need to be familiar or atleast willing to let somone know...i had to get ny car out of the parking spot...luckily ur service mechcanic who was super helpful(he owns a 2008 mustang) and got my vehicle from the wash once i asked if he could get it instead of the porter...other than that the experience was good

This was my second time first time came there they told me I needed a tire I bought one .Went in on the 3-24 18 I had a slow leak. They said I needed a tire .I told them that I wasn't buying a tire I then took my tire to Discont tire and had it fix for free.i have 2017 and only had it less than 6 months .The service department is a RIP off.
