I was inconvenience by having to reschedule my original appointment from February 9th to the 16th. By doing so my car was not in any condition to drive and I was in convenience that entire week but I was not offered the opportunity to get a rental. So when I did bring my truck in on the 16th I was not able to pick it up because of service was not going to be done until the following Tuesday but yet I was told that my part would have already been there, but it didn't come in until Tuesday the 20th. I was out of town on business working so the rental car that I got now I have to pay extra days for it through no fault of my own because of my work schedule was already a prior commitment.
As a matter of fact I'm submitting in this request while I'm still out of town I won't be returning home until tonight so I'll be picking up my truck Saturday morning.
