Brian was very professional throughout the entire visit. I was there for an oil change but I also explained I was hearing a ticking noise. After my car was pulled in for service Brian explained to me that I had very little oil and it was very dark. Later, upon check out he made a special trip to the cashier with me to inform me how Important it was for me have regular and on time oil changes in a very polite but memorable way. Being busy most of the time I get it done but not always in the recommend time frame. I appreciate the extra gentle reminder that will Probably motivate me to have the service done within a week of the cars reminder to have the oil changed!
