I came in 3/12 because I had experienced a dead battery on 3/11 and had to get a jump start to drive home from a location. I came to the Service Desk who referred me to Quick Lane.
I gave the Service Rep a detail of my experience and agreed to an oil change and tire rotation as those services were due for my car.
My battery was tested and failed the test, yet I was told that it was a Service Dept. issue and that I had to make an appointment for Service. I called Service from a desk by the Service Dept and was given an appt. for 3/13 at 9am. I came back 3/13 and went to the Service Dept. only to be told that Quick Lane should have handled it and I was walked back to the Quick Lane area.
Two days and several shuttle rides back and forth to drop me off and pick me up at work seems excessive for a simple battery replacement to me.
I now have a new battery but it seems like it could have been handled with one visit not two.

I don’t like being charged $162 to “diagnose” my problem, when I told you what it was. That is a rip off. Further, when I bring it in for an oil change you tell me everything that’s wrong with it for free. I’m done with Sutton.
