I arrived at your business 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time checked in my vehicle and was told that I would be driven to my office to have a seat and wait it would be about 10 minutes that never happened. Your driver never came back to take me to my office I missed my appointment with one of my customers who sat there and waited for me. If you tell me that you’re going to drive me to my office which is five minutes away and I’m waiting for you. You should at least let me know to get transportation that you will not provide it.That was very disturbing to me. I was expecting to be dropped off at my place of business. This is not the way you treat your Customers

Service rep was outstanding. Told me everything that would be done to my car, told me I might want new wipers (not in stock), and was very professional. She had to leave (it was after 5pm - but she stayed a few extra to explain all cars in service to her replacement. Work gets completed. I used my service points - we go to the cashier and it’s $5.80 higher. Why? I ask. Cashier says she doesn’t know, it could be shop fees. I challenge this and she says I need to go back to service if I have questions. I pay the extra because now there’s a line. Service says the rep put a note on the bill to RO the $5.80. Back to cashier. She’s processing a car sale. Finally get back, she finds note on last page. Refund on my credit card. Original service rep had put a sticky note about the $5.80 on her replacements monitor (he showed me). We have ONE job. It’s our customer. Even the $5.80 customer.
