I have spoken with the technician on the phone prior to bringing my car in for service for new tires and to assess why my vehicle's audio wasn't functioning. My husband brought my car in for me as i was at work. The technician overcharged my husband and lied to him about multiple aspects of the service. The technician told my husband i had requested a certain type of expensive tire, which i had not, and also lied and told my husband that the roadside assistance that comes with each tire was free of charge. I also came to realize that i was charged for an oil change that i had not asked for, nor even needed as my oil was just changed less than 12 weeks ago. The technician also did not even address the audio concern, and I received no information or paperwork for the mail in rebate i had requeste. When i went to pick up my car, the cashier had little to no knowledge about the services my car had done to it or what i was signing, including the roadside assistance and at first when i asked about the additional charge, she told me i was not being charged for it, when the receipt said otherwise. When i asked to speak to someone about taking this charge off she said that everyone had left from the service center and i would have to deal with the situation on Monday. This entire experience was awful and I feel like I was lied to and cheated out of hundreds of dollars. I am requested a call from this institutions highest manager to address my concerns and rectify this situation as soon as possible.

I was literally the first person through the door to get an oil change this morning. I took a coupon for the complementary brake inspection. By 9:05 a.m. or so, I was advised of the issues with my car and that my oil change was completed. I was told that the only thing I needed was a lug nut. Somehow, that translated into a full half-hour additional wait before I proactively went to the desk to ask what was going on. I want to be clear: while I did not appreciate unduly lengthy additional wait, Allen was courteous and apologized for the wait (I’d not complained, so he knew it was way too long). Businesses get busy, but customer time must always be respected also. It wasn’t today and it felt disrespectful.

Mr. Jones was very friendly and very professional. He explained to me what was going to happen with my car and approximately how long it was going to take. He went over my paperwork with me and thanked me for choosing your particular dealership. Unfortunately I in advertently I spilled my cup of coffee on him. He even handled that cheerfully And kindly told me not to worry about it after I apologize profusely. I had a good experience with him and your company.

Truck was returned for multiple times for same issue - twice after the issue was not resolved. After one such instance oil leaked from engine in a large puddle on my 1 yr old cement slab driveway. After another such instance truck died on drive home and was immediately returned, Service ride along heard clicking sound, yet truck again was considered without resolution. Truck was purchased from you Spring 2017 - service warranty about to expire and nothing but problems all year.

very bad experience, your mechanics are poorly trained, I took my 2018 f-550 towtruck there for first oil change and they brooke I fuel lane, i had to wait 6 days to have it back missing many work days and they still wanted to change for the service

Brian was very professional throughout the entire visit. I was there for an oil change but I also explained I was hearing a ticking noise. After my car was pulled in for service Brian explained to me that I had very little oil and it was very dark. Later, upon check out he made a special trip to the cashier with me to inform me how Important it was for me have regular and on time oil changes in a very polite but memorable way. Being busy most of the time I get it done but not always in the recommend time frame. I appreciate the extra gentle reminder that will Probably motivate me to have the service done within a week of the cars reminder to have the oil changed! Great service!
