I can't remember the gentleman's name who initially help me, but from the time I walked in to the time I came back to pick up my vehicle, I experienced nothing less than professionalism at its best. Everyone was so courteous. I was so very happy to visit a place of business and did not any young men with their pants hanging off of their butts with NASTY underwear exposed. ????????

Took longer than estimated. Other than that David took great care of me. He kept me informed as to progress on the service. Because the dealership, by chance, had the parts they were installed on what was an inspection appointment thus saving me the need to make another appointment and tie the vehicle up a second time. All in all I'd give a score of 96 out of 100. Other than the time factor I'm very happy. Really enjoyed talking with the entire service writing staff.
