Brought my vehicle in for the passage airbag replacement recall on 5/24 around 4:30pm and after my vehicle was returned to me after the repair was made the dash was damaged with Scratches and tool marks. I brought this to the attention of Bryan in Quick Service before I left, myself, Bryan and the Technician who serviced the Vehicle to confirm the damage on the dash. Bryan at this time went ahead and took pictures of the damaged area to show the manager of the department and told me I would receive a call on 5/25 from the manager but never heard from them.
I understand mistakes happen and people take advantage but my vehicle is 10 years old with 20k mile and in Pristine condition and hope Sutton Ford makes good and the repair of the dash, and if Sutton will not take Responsibility please let me know so I could make the repair soon because this is really bothersome to me as I have taken very good care of this vehicle.
