Eric did an excellent job as Usual. I had 2 problems. I was inconvenienced without transportation, for 3 full days WITHOUT A LOANER and I found Suttons prices higher than other dealers quotes. Eric did his best to match. Price was still higher and loaner policy that I enjoyed at a different dealer was sorely missed. ????
