Bad communication. Everyone that I talked to personally, knew what I wanted done, Except the ones actually working on my car.
My vehicle was there for hours before I got a call but I was given a quote, not knowing my car would be there 3 days for a mirror that needed clamps.
Eric told me the part would be in Tuesday
I got another call from Brian telling me it would be there Wednesday.
I thought I would get all the things fixed on my car especially after being on hold listening to the advertisement, saying Sutton ford could take care of all my needs regarding my car.
I felt mistreated, Brian was disrespectful speaking to me as if I was a kid.
No referrals from me and No I won’t be back.
