I was told that the wait time to get my car in for an oil change would be an hour; however, it was a little over 2.5 hours before my car was taken in for service.

Jessica was fabulous!! However, I made an appointment for 10:30 and my car wasn’t brought back until almost noon and not finished until 1:30 when they had told me it would take an hour a couple days before when I was in making arrangements. I still have to go back because they didn’t have all the parts even though they said they had everything in stock.
