Jillian was excellent and when I got mistreated because I asked the mechanic guy with the black shirt with 100 printed on it Jillian ensured my car was serviced. The man refuse to service my car because I asked him to place paper foot mats on my drivers seat before sitting to move my car. I was not getting a free oil change. I had to pay for service. He was rude!

The person transporting my car did not have on a mask. There was a Mechanic in the front area, playing games on his cell phone, also not wearing a mask. I felt as if nothing was sanitized or wiped off because I seen multiple people sit in the same chair with no type of sanitation. So I sat outside for the hour + while I waited.

The company botched the 1st time I came in waisted a whole day because someone wrote down only oil change. Had to wait a full week with a check engine light on. Then had to come back the job was overpriced and the customer service was horrible! My car was far in the lot my aunt is disabled and no one offered to bring my vehicle around. Eric told me to use my key fob to find my vehicle! Then I see they attempted to wash and vacuum the vehicle and did a piss poor job of it. There was bird crap still on my car and it had spotted windows all the way around ! My aunt believes in loyalty as we were looking for a second car to buy but we are having a problem with the service here so far! Also not comfortable with some of the associates as they were not wearing masks!
