The analysis was very thorough. I respect and appreciate that. The problem i had was a manager was talking to a customer in his 70's about a bill. Neither had a mask on and they were about 3 feet apart with nothing between them. The sign on the door says everyone who enters must wear a mask.The expectation is the staff at Sutton would wear masks. If the manager has the virus and he infected a 70 year old man that could be fatal. This situation should never be encountered by one of your valued customers.
