No one ever called me to tell me my car was ready. I called to to inquire around 7. Then I had to race up there to pick up my car before an 8:00 closing time. I had 12,000 points that I told the people in service I wanted to redeem. It was not written on my paperwork so the cashier couldn’t honor it. I was very disappointed with my latest experience.
