Hi, the only reason I am completely satisfied with my service on 6-27-20 is because of Jillian Stanford. Very pleasant and professional Jillian is, the person that was working the cashier that day was nothing but rude and ignorant.

No, everything is not okay as I told you yesterday when I called you after I picked up my Lincoln and observed on the drive home.
There is a hissing sound which appears to come from the air vent.
I don't know if the sound is related to the work you did on the car which included the recall (reprogramming the Power train Control Module), the oil change, the tire rotation or the new battery, but the sound wasn't there when I brought the car in.
So now I have to make another appointment in case there is something serious and tie up another day.
