I like Jessica, but she's a little all business and not personable. She handles the job very well, but comes of a a little cold. Thank you. The other lady is my favorite, she's really nice, very knowledgeable and warm. I think Jessica is a good fit for quicklanes...I like her more than that guy, we don't trust him because he's always selling stuff to us that's covered by warranty. Thank you again.

I hesitated in answering NO however, although my car is operating better it seems then when I first purchased it, the oil symbol shows on my dash. I called and was told to return so they can correct it. This should have been noticed upon completion of the work. Whoever drove and parked it should have noticed. I did as soon as I turned it on. I'm a Senior Citizen and live in Chicago, I don't relish having to drive back out to Sutton Ford to correct this matter.
