Frost, let me say, I was greeted with a pleasant good morning and a beautiful smile. During my intake I was asked about the problem I was having. Melissa was very professional and waited until I explain what my concerns were. I was informed on the procedure and a estimate cost of the work, and would check to see if the problem was covered under my warranty. I was kept informed of the work that may be preformed on my vehicle. I was very please that I could speak to the mechanic concerning the problem. I was always kept informed on the process. After the work was completed I was given a copy of the work and walked over the the cashier. I was again greeted with a, thank you Mrs. Mabry for chosen SUTTON Ford. Melissa was very professional, kind and caring. Always good to know Ford has caring employees working for they. Looking forward to seeing Melissa again. Thank you for great service today. I ask for the carpet on the front passenger side be rescued. It wasn't done and I was told it was. When I came back to inform the agent she spoke with the repairmen who informed her that it wasn't done because it would've cost more money and time. So I will reschedule for another date.

I was satisfied with the service after leaving the dealership; however I had no made it home when I noticed the "check engine" was on. This gave me grave concern, when I know it wasn't on when I brought it in.
I immediately called back and spoke with Brittany...however service was closed. I will be calling back on Tuesday...this doesn't sit well with me at this time!
