Fast and efficient

Stephanie was very kind, and considerate, taking care of me throughout my Sutton service appointment. The only problem I experienced was after paying my bill, I asked where I could find my vehicle, and was told it will be on the first or second row of vehicles. Being a car lot, and not exactly sure where to look, there were several vehicles, and it took a little time to find mine. No big deal, just might be helpful to have someone show customers to their car. That wasn’t Stephanie though.

I just want to say Jamie Vasquez was a great help made sure my problem was resolved in a timely way and your mechanics are just as efficient. Thanks yo the Sutton Team

One of the issues was not addressed. This my second attempt to have the Stop/start function checked out.

Service was excellent

Wife went to take the vehicle in. This is her experience: Called in two weeks before appointment. Requested a car due to having to go to work. Go to appointment to check in the young lady at the desk checked me in went over everything i needed to have worked on. I explained to her that my camera was showing blue when in reverse and that i needed a rental. She proceeded to tell me that there was a fee for the car that was standard which was 159.99$ And that she sees the rental but they didn’t open until 8am. Completely unaware i told her it was currently 7:10 & i had work and if i would’ve known that they opened at 8am i would changed to a later time. She told me once they Open that they would get me a rental car and i took a seat. It was then 8:09am the young lady who seemed like the manager told me that my car was currently being worked on and should be done in an hour. I told her if this car was going to be done within the hour than I would be fine without a rental. The one hour time frame then turned into two hours and then three hours. it was then 10:00 when the manager told me that the car would be done that the service guy had to take down the front panel and would be doing my oil change Next and would be done in the next 30 mins. It was then 10:45, the lady who checked me in said they were almost done and she would get the paperwork completed. 10:56am came and she directed me to the checkout. Extremely disappointed in the service and miscommunication. Missed out on 4 hours of work for something i could’ve had a rental to complete my daily work.

Jillian Stanford is such an asset to Sutton Ford. She is very professional and has amazing personality and makes you feel comfortable in knowing your car will be serviced and it will be taken care of. She has such a pleasant smile. I look forward to seeing her face when I come in.
