I requested that the technician examine my air conditioning system because the passenger system appears to have a broken thermostat. The temperature is much cooler than indicated. After several days at Sutto, I picked the car up and the issue is still there.
I asked for the radio to be examined because there is consistent static that makes it difficult to listen to. This issue has been presented to the service writer on 3 separate occasions. I was charged $75+tax for diagnostics but the issue still exists.
Lastly, I was told that a major repair was performed on my engine and that the engine needed to be dismantled and reassembled. If that was factual, then why is my car stating I need an oil change? Wouldn't that have been include in the dismantling and rebuilding?

The service department changing with inexperience personnel. My car was left open and I am glad I didn't have nothing of importance in it. I did not get a call, text or email stating my car is ready. I had to call Sutton, Sutton had my car over 5 days with no car wash. I did not get my employee discount on this service or the last service done in July by Erik. There is just no follow up to the customer. I got a recall in the mail and previous Service Rep would have made sure the car was taken care of since it is in house. So, now I have to make another appointment for the recall but I will have Bill Kay or Van Drunnen Service Department do it for me.
