So to start, the lovely lady at the desk who took my keys and got my car ready to be serviced was lovely. Customers were going nuts on her on the phone and in person while I was there I could tell and she kept her composure the whole time I swear she needs a raise make that **** happen TODAY. Every time I come she’s super nice, super friendly, and super welcoming. Seriously a top tier team member of yours. The rest of y’all are pretty nasty though everyone except the lady at the desk either wore a mask improperly or not at all. Really **** when everyone is breathing all over my personal items such as my KEYS and the INTERIOR OF MY VEHICLE. Y’all gotta get it together there’s no reason for a major business to be this disgusting and this carefree during a global pandemic. If I or the older folk I live with get sick then I’ll be on 10. Seriously taking this into consideration next time I need an oil change.

I got in at about 7:30am or 8:00am, I didn't get out until approximately 2:30pm. Miss Hariss was the reason for me not getting upset. I had brakes and rotors installed all around, and I had to pay over a thousand dollars. I was feeling ripped off to say the least. But I didn't want to act a fool in front of the young lady who was real professional. ?

Jaime was knowledgeable when he gave me the correct tire pressure and told me when my air pressure notification would engage which is 28 by the way... He also remembered that I preferred to be picked up after 330pm due to elearning with my child. He gave great attention to detail with a smile and prompt service!!

Jaime and Jillian as always are Most accommodating, friendly and professional. But, the young lady in the cash office was very sharp and unprofessional and her interaction with me about not putting my hand too far under the plastic. I’m sure that was in response to the Covid-19 virus protocols. . She couldn’t hear My name clearly because of the mask so I just stuck my credit card under the The plastic so she could read my name. Her response was more of a “scolding.” This is not the first time and I have not been pleased with her lack of professional demeanor. I have been a regular customer of Sutton Ford since 2007. I just brought my granddaughter there last month to buy her first car. I know these are stressful times but this young lady needs to be more pleasant and professional during Covid and beyond.
