It’s been over a week since I brought my car in. I was told 3 different times 3 different things of it being serviced. Just for them to end up saying it’s not done. I’m still waiting for my car to be serviced and waiting for a call after being lied to and given false information. I just wanted to be called or text when it will officially be done. The fact it is taking this long and it seems nobody knows what’s going on does disappoint me.

After the car was released to me, I was driving home and noticed a flopping noise underneath the car. I stopped and looked underneath the car and saw something hanging down. I drive slowly back to the dealership & parked the car in the same place outside the door and told the clerk what had just happened. She immediately went into service department and spoke to someone. I went back out to car. The serviceman showed up. He looked underneath the car and found that the bolts had been left out of the piece hanging down. He returned to garage and returned with another protector panel that had been completely left off and bolted it underneath the car. I asked him if the piece that had been dragging in the street as I drove was damaged. He said no and apologized for someone missing it. If I had not heard the noise both panels protecting the transmission would have been no good. Hope service in the future can be more trustworthy.
