I was counting on a ride from the shuttle service in the afternoon. I was told my car was ready. I asked if the shuttle service could pick me up at my house a couple of miles away. The service called around 3:50. He said they could accommodate my request. They did not come on Monday afternoon. I started calling around 4:55, 5:00, 5:15. Thank you for inquiring.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. I told Bryan that I had an appointment for Auto Butler and for my car to be regularly service. Bryan told me what my car needed for service and then told me approximately how long it would take. My car was completed before time and Bryan found an extra discount for the cost of the services.

Jillian has great customer service, friendly and always making sure we are taken care of, while we are there. They have coffee if you drink it. That's nice. I went over my daughter's house in Calumet Park. Sutton Ford is very nice like that. You don't have to stay those long hours, waiting on the car to get finished. They drop you off back at home and they come back and pick you up, from home and take you back to dealership. The Driver, in the Van she ( Diane)is Awesome, excellent customer service. I recommend you all to try Sutton Ford. I was very happy with my service.

I was so bummed yesterday, I had a 10am appointment for a simple oil change and to replace my battery. The vehicle was finally started at a little past 1 pm, I finally got out of there a little after 2pm. I mean what is the purpose of an appointment!!!!!
