I picked up the car to find the reminder sticker in the window not replaced and oil on the odometer not reset to 100%; I call Paul(Rep) the next day he had a horrible attitude in the questions I asked as a Service Rep for Sutton. I asked him how does he know the oil was change, I said are you looking in the computer, he informed me yes, he said "I don't change oil", I know he doesn't change oil but need to have some dialog with the Tech that the work is done & completed or let Jamie(Manager) do his job & that's a different conversation.
