I brought my car in for the auto butler and a tire rotation at 7am. I called around 2:30 to check on my car because I had not heard anything. I was told it would be about 27 minutes. I didn't get a call back for over another hour. I asked for a shuttle to come return me to my car. It was over another hour and still no call from shuttle, so I had to find my own ride. I didn't receive a call for the shuttle until 5:41pm and by then I had already picked up my car. A service I'm used to only taking about 2-3hrs turned into almost 8hrs without my car, a huge inconvenience.
