I came in for the premium service which they said 2 to 2 1/2 hrs within 2 hrs they told me I needed a new tire they would have to go to also to get it I chose to wait because they said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hr wait in total I was there over 6 hrs she told me the delay was because he had to take people home and pick up other parts I have had really good service up until now Jillian is the best unfortunately I was not pleased this time
