Melissa may have been the best representative I’ve ever worked with at a car dealership in the 25 plus years I’ve owned a vehicle. She went above and beyond to make my experience amazing (even after I was somewhat rude to her which I feel really bad about), but she single handily changed my perception of Sutton Ford. Your dealership is very lucky to have her as she’s an amazing representative of your dealership and the Ford brand.
