Thank you for the valet service that provided a ride home for me. The young man that drove was an excellent driver. However he did not wear a mask in the car. I really wished he had, for all of our safety.

I was told my wait would be 3 hrs. I called after waiting 4 1/2 hrs and was told they were short one washer. No one called and informed me what was going on and a $6.00 washer could be picked up at any auto parts store. I arrived at 2:15 and out by 3 p.m. Total time was 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. I as told 3 hrs. Because they were short 1 washer??? My tire sensor light was on which I thought would be addressed. When I got back in my vehicle saw the light still on, I question it. I was told that quick lane doesn't do that and had to make another appt. My appt is not until Dec.2nd. Why wouldn't he say anything about my senior light.If nothing else that is extra business for the service dept. Didn't even suggest to get it repaired. I think more communication is needed and we know a washer isn't a major part to fine. There is a auto part store right on cicero

Jessica was awesome! My original reasons for coming were all addressed completely, pleasantly and efficiently. My issue is that when I got home I discovered damage to the interior of my vehicle. I hope that Sutton Ford is able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction as soon as possible.
