I did not get my oil change, I waited over 45 minutes for shuttle service because the wait for my oil change was going be hours.

I had a 7am auto butler appointment. I got there at 6:30 am . 2nd in line for an oil change. The oil change was completed by 7:40. Then the vehicle the sat it parking lot til 8:30. Another customer came in around 7:50 with a 8am auto butler appointment. He was quite friendly with the employee giving hugs. His truck was taken back, mine still sitting. I asked the employee how long she said the key was brought back. 9 ish it was taken back. His was done around 9:20, again I ask how long because I had a 7am appointment and the 8am one was already done. She came back and told me about 15 min. 10:15 I was paying . Oh, she did take 5% off for my time. Not the point! Oil change was great Auto butler not so good didn't do anything to the back of suv.Back seats looks like something was sprayed on them and not wiped. Windows are smudged. Rims on tires not cleaned or a bad job. I am not happy. I live in Indiana and liked the service received before. I will find another dealer closer to home. Have a wonderful day.
