Came in for The Works, oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hours I was told the service guys couldnt get the lug nuts off so they couldn't perform the tire rotation. It's never been a problem before, and I was surprised that a service center didnt have the tools to solve the problem. Very inconvenient and possibly costly too.

Jaime was fine. But bad experience when I went to pick car up. People standing around, not asking can I help you. Finally I asked someone for help. I have a hard time walking, no one offered to go get my car. Parked 3 rows from service department. Bad customer service for people with disabilities.

I was not comfortable with the staff NOT wearing mask. I myself am vaccinated and have had my booster, but I still need to protect myself and other.
Also my tires had to be rotated and balanced, the next day the light came back on and is still on.
Not very satisfied with this visit.
