Melissa is great! Very courteous, friendly and helpful. She took time to explain to me what kind of work was needed on my car and she helped me to feel confident about the work. She kept me posted on every detail of what was happening with my car. I felt like she treated me the way she would have wanted to be treated if it was her car. I'm on a cane and she thought enough of me to bring my car around so I wouldn't have to walk so far. You are the greatest Melissa!!!
