I had 2 salesman that didn’t have any idea about the truck I was buying. The finance guy was in a hurry to do whatever. I said I DID NOT want a car note over 500. He didn’t hear a thing I said they just kept going. There was no compassion from any of the 3 guys. I’m a 1st responder so I don’t understand there behavior at all. It seemed like some thing different could have been worked out but it was such a hurry that it wasn’t. I really wanted a Ford but now I regret not leaving Sutton and going to another dealership. My family and co workers love my new car but I would Never recommend Sutton to anyone.
