Sutton Ford Auto Repair Service

The service was great, the problem with my car was fixed it amazing time frame. Last but not least the drop off and pick up service that’s Sutton Ford offered is spectacular. The people that work at Sutton Ford are very friendly and courtesy. The greatest dealership on the planet. They rock.

I arrived about 130pm to have my tire looked at, keeps going flat. I was told it would be about an hour, I waited no problem. About 245pm, I was told the machine to patch my tire had stopped working or was broken or something and to come back Monday morning at 7am. I was also provided instructions on if I took it somewhere else, I didn't need a new tire I only needed a patch. If I wanted to take it somewhere else I would have done so. Plus, I have a warranty with Ford on my tires so why would I take them somewhere else? I've been coming here for years and only ever get consistent help with issues when Brian and Jillian are working the desk or Brian works on my car. I dont believe the machine that patches tires was broken. I believe because it was almost time for workers to go home, I was told to come back. I work during the week of your open hours, which is why I brought my car to be services on Saturday. Now I have to take time off Monday to get my car serviced. So, I will only ever deal with Jillian or Brian when I come. Your other workers there I don't care for when it comes to serving my vehicle or helping me resolve what's going on with it. Some people just don't care and it shows when it comes to customer service.

they didn’t do the tire rotation with the works. indicating that i didn’t have the wheel lock key. however, i had it sitting on the center console.

Was just disappointed the mirrors all out of adjustment the air was blasting and seat was moved and steering wheel dirty.

Jillian was very kind and made my experience with Sutton Ford very nice. She was helpful and professional. After having some recent bad experiences getting work on my truck done I found her to be a breath of fresh air. I will definitely come back next time I have any issues with my truck. So thankful for Jillian and Sutton Ford when they fixed an issue that halted our 10 hour road trip 1 hour en route. Jillian was very kind and caring and the technician fixed the problem as soon as he could. Jillian is the best!
