In my experience it is always a nightmare having my car serviced at the dealer for one reason or another. This time the communication about servicing was awful, incorrect and caused me great inconvenience.

Check engine lite is back on a day after picking my car up. Piece on my headlight was damage while in your shop. I was told I needed a new battery because it will not hold a charge but battery was only three months old. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I was told I would get phone calls back that never happened he never had the information I asked for. I will be contacting the service manager tomorrow.

The customer service was subpar at best. My car was held for a total of 17 days with me having to call for an update! I was charged 2 days for the loaner vehicle and consistently had to state my requested repairs narrative. Jaime did try to make it better but I was still out of over $300 for only one repair to have been completed and it was under warranty. When picking up my car, I had to search for my vehicle by sounding the alarm only to have to walk to the end of the lot where the stored vehicles are located. So, the customer care & service was lacking as they could have driven my car to the front as opposed to having me play hide & seek in order to locate my vehicle. I’m am extremely dissatisfied!!!
