She answered all of my questions, truly empathized with my situation, and even suggested helpful options to make getting my car back easier once service was complete (the service valet was a lifesaver!). 2 of my tires were not calibrated properly, I ended up paying to get them aired up.
My tires use 80 lbs. and they calibrated them to 60.
