I took my car in to the dealer (with everything working because I just got the car in May) for an oil change and a recall concerning the brakes! After I got my car back and while backing out the camera was no longer working and there was no one to talk to about the issue! I called and told them about it the next day and they made me appointment to look at it, after taking it there, they said that a specialist needed to look at it so they made me an appointment for Tuesday the 4th When I brought it in on Tuesday, Brain gave me a hard time about the specialist not being there and after we debated about it, he claimed that someone looked at it and he said that I needed a new camera! First of all, I don’t feel like the specialist ever looked at it and I know that someone did something to cause my camera too no longer work!

Customer service lacks in this facility. To compare, I previously owned a Cadillac and from the moment you walk in the door there if you are buying a car or service their customer service is world class! At Sutton I was treated like I should be lucky that they are helping me. Waiting area is run down and the place is outdated/smells. I have been to this dealership 4 times now and I just purchased this car in January! I will most likely not be posting favorably due to my experience.
