She is knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and attentive. She’s an outstanding manager. I’ve been a Sutton customer for over 10 years. Sadly, Sutton no longer sells Lincoln vehicles. Thankfully they’re servicing Lincolns and I’ll continue to bring my vehicles to Sutton.

My overall Experience as Sutton Ford was not good. When I got into my car my air freshener French bulldog was missing. I went back and told the person at the front desk and she paged the person who cleaned the car out. When I got into the car I explained to the person who was cleaned in the car that my bulldog was missing. And he’s claimed that there never was a French bulldog air freshener there. He Asked me for my phone number so he could pay me back I refused I told him to get this manager /supervisor. Afterwords he slammed the passenger door as he stormed away. Afterwords I looked in the trashcan and I saw the French bulldog and air freshener inside.
