Jason was great. No problems with his service. He is a great addition to the team. However, I always seem to overhear the technicians talking a lot about how “it’s time to go home” and what they “don’t have enough time to do”. As a customer, it makes you worry about the time they spend servicing your vehicle and the thoroughness of the work. I brought my car in because I was hearing some noise. I got a $2200+ quote. Concerned about the time spent and attention taken, I went to another service dept. the very next day, there I got new links and the noise is resolved. Although I am a loyal and consistent customer, I have come to you for every single service, oil change, tire rotation for the life of my car since 2015. This is concerning. When I bring my car in, I’m not the expert, I want to feel secure in the care and safety of my vehicle. I don’t need much follow up, it’s resolved for me at this point. I wish it could have been resolved in one visit. I still have an outgoing recall that could not be completed in my last two service appointments due to similar time constraints. Just want to take the time to share what the customer experience is. Thanks for your time.
