The misc fee should be discussed up front. Also! My car was wash without consent which seems nice but my car was scratched…as was cars I’ve known to receive the free service in the past so would not have accepted had I been told. That $35 service charge to cover “rags, extra bolts, etc” is most definitely a charge to consumers so Ford can keep profits higher. Terrible.

I'm displeased with the so called works package, and everything else, I brought my car to the Ford service center because I trust you guys, to tell me this truth about my car. I thought if there was a poteny danger or risk brewing you would warn me or make suggestions, but my engine failed. Even though I it had regular check up. How could this happen without any possible warning.imnvery dissatisfied because someone should have seeya potential danger. I was never warned of any danger or suggested additional maintenance m my car needed or any possible near failures. The car appeared to be in good condition. Suddenly I have engine failure. I feel like if Ford certified trained service workers were as efficient as they proclaimed they were this could have been prevented. I couldn't believe my engine died after having regular maintenance check up. Do overall the entire service department let me down, not just the one technician. If I were to rate you guys it would be a 0(zero). I have been aSutton customer since, the year of 3000.in the past you took very good care of my vehicles, now I have no faith in your service department. Not do I have transportation because of the engine failure. If I had another Ford explorer I would be skeptical about having someone from your service department service my vehicle.yhanks and be safe.
